Family Green Survival

Programs

    • BagOfLife™The program provides prepackaged nutritious, tasty, and easy to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. The four dishes in the program are designed to provide high quality protein, complex carbohydrates, and fiber. To prepare any of the dishes, simply add water and cook.

    • EatingGreen™Based on the adage: “Think Globally, Act Locally,” the program asks that you pledge to eat one day a month only raw ‘green’ foods – foods that have been minimally processed after harvesting — only ‘raw’ vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, honey, and water from the tap.

    • EatingRightWhenBudget’sTight™Close to 40 million Americans live in poverty, of which 35 million receive food stamps, and the national unemployment rate has edged to 10%. An outcome of this reality is that millions of Americans with very tight food budgets have become “nutrition poor.”

    • Light1CandleThe scholarship program includes school fees, books, stationary, uniforms, and incidental expenses. Gopal and Darlene work with the school principal, teachers, parents, and the students to ensure a well structured support program.

    • SurvivalEatingThe program asks you to pledge to eat, one day a month, as millions of poor people eat every day of their lives — consuming between 800 to 1,400 calories per day.
